My earliest ancestor, I think is Charles Yancey. My first ancestor to move to Georgia--in early 1833--is James Yancey. He is my great-great grandfather. He is buried in the Old Elam Church Cemetery in Forest Park, GA. Several years ago I replaced his and his wife's head stones with single headstone. I took the two badly deteriorated stones back to my house and stored in a utility shed in my back yard. I maintain two cemeteries in Georgia that contain Yancey graves. Please - re-enter your email address here
